Graduated from the Physics Department of the Leningrad State University named after A. A. Zhdanov (Leningrad) in 1975.
Candidate of Chemical Sciences (02.00.02 - analytical chemistry, "Selective absorption analysis on the basis of spectral and phase effects", 1985, Leningrad State University named after A. A. Zhdanov, Leningrad).
Ph.D. in physical and mathematical sciences (02.00.02 - analytical chemistry, “Spectral-phase effects and their analytical application", 1992, St. Petersburg State University, St. Petersburg).
rofessor of the "Analytical Chemistry" Department (since 1998).
Lectures: molecular spectroscopy, nonlinear analytical molecular spectroscopy, mass spectral methods of elemental analysis, mass spectral techniques of direct solid samples analysis, analysis of environmental objects using LIDAR.
Research interests: selective methods of atomic spectrometry; glow discharge, the study of processes in a glow discharge-flight mass spectrometry, mass spectrometry elemental and isotopic analysis of solid samples.
